Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments with our warehouse and various freight forwarders.
- Prepare crucial shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Track and monitor both air and sea shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Keep our customers updated regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have substantial experience in the international shipping industry.
- Previous handling of Amazon shipments is a significant plus.
- Proficient in spoken Chinese.
