Interactive Floorplan

Using an existing drawing of a shopping centre floorplan in PDF, I I would like to link the individual units to an excel spreadsheet which contains information on each unit. We would like a website to be created and the interactive floorplans hosted on this. When you click on each unit, a small pop up box will display information from the linked spreadsheet. You can also filter the data to only show units that are larger than X or have higher rents than Y, etc.
