Interactive Excel Dashboard Development

I need an expert in Excel to create an interactive dashboard using three data sources from multiple sheets. This sheet is heavily used by multiple users on a daily basis. Prior to going live, I'd like a 'beta' version to be completed.

Key Requirements:
- Incorporation of bar charts and timeline sliders for visualizing the data in a dashboard

Ideal Skills:
