Integrative Excel Master Schedule Creation
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I'm seeking a proficient Excel user capable of creating an integrated master schedule tool with focused features which include:
-Tasks Tracking: The tool should be able to monitor the progress of around 50-100 tasks. I'll prefer someone adept at creating intuitive task tracking systems.
-Resources Allocation: I require an allocation system that's interlinked with the task tracking. The more detailed and explicit the visualization, the better. Experience working with complex resource assignment is a big plus.
-Gantt Chart Visualization: Your skill to present the entire data visually via Gantt charts will be crucial. Experience with Gantt charts, timelines or similar plotting tools is absolutely necessary.
-Task Detailing: I require a basic level of task detailing only involving start and end dates; however, any experience with advanced task tracking parameters would make you stand out.
Prior experience in project management tools, specifically in Excel, is required. When bidding, provide examples of similar tools you have created. Keep in mind, I prefer a candidate who doesn't just execute but can also add value through their experience and insights.
