Instagram Data Extractor Windows Application

I need to develop a Windows desktop application that extracts data from Instagram profiles and exports it to Excel. The application will be used by a non-technical user, so it must have a simple graphical interface and require no coding or command-line input. It must be delivered as an executable file (.exe).
