Insert and delete row in Macros programmed spreadsheet

I have a macros programmed spreadsheet and want to be able to insert or delete a row without affecting the programming.
The current programming on the sheet is to hide and unhide a page when a selection is made on page 3 under the "Taken up" heading.
The insert/delete rows can exclude page 3 because nothing will be added or taken out there.
