Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
My infrastructure project is still on the drawing board, and before we break ground I need a seasoned quantity surveyor’s insight to keep the numbers realistic. At this planning and design stage your focus will be three-fold: solid cost estimation and budgeting, a clear-eyed feasibility study, and precise material quantity take-offs that the engineers can plug straight into their models.
I can share preliminary design files and site data as soon as we start. You’re welcome to work in CostX, Cubit, Excel, or any other professional QS platform you prefer, provided the final documents are easy for my team to interrogate and update later.
Deliverables I must receive:
• A detailed cost breakdown with contingencies and stated assumptions
• A feasibility report highlighting cost drivers, financial risks, and value-engineering options
• A complete bill of quantities (BOQ) aligned with the latest drawings
All figures should reference current market rates for labour, plant, and materials; if regional price data is used, cite the source. Accuracy and transparency are key—every line item should be traceable back to its measurement.
If this scope matches your expertise, I’m ready to share the plans and set milestones so we can keep the design moving without budget surprises.
