Industry Database Creation - Market Assessment (Excel Spreadsheet)

I need two databases developed that includes:
- Injectable Clinics
- Cosmetic Clinics
- Beauty Salons
- Cosmetic Surgeons

I need to develop Excel Spreadsheets each with 4 different tabs to represent the categories above.

I need this developed for the entire Australian market and then the US market. Two separate spreadsheets/databases.

We need all businesses or as many businesses as possible as we are determining the size of the market in both countries.
