Indian Electricity Tender Bid Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I manage bidding for electrical turnkey projects across India and need a reliable partner who can handle the full tender cycle with our targeted authorities—State Electricity Boards, the Central Electricity Authority, and the Regional Power Committees.
The scope covers three core phases:
• Document preparation: gather raw technical and financial data from my team, structure everything in Excel/Word, draft the schedules, and run a final compliance review against each board’s latest tender guidelines.
• Tender submission: upload the completed set on the relevant e-procurement portals (CPPP, eProcure, or individual state platforms), troubleshoot any portal issues, and secure digital acknowledgements.
• Bid follow-up & communication: track clarifications, respond to queries within stipulated timelines, and send me concise status reports until the bid is formally closed.
Acceptance criteria
– Draft and final documents align 100 % with the tender checklist issued by the authority in question.
– Submission receipts and time-stamped portal confirmations are provided for every bid.
– Follow-up logs list all communications with officers, dates, and next actions.
If you already work with power sector tenders and know the typical formats (BOQ, Form-A/B, qualification sheets) you’ll be productive from day one. Familiarity with digital signature tokens and GST/EPF compliance documentation is another plus.
