Import into shopify 175k skus and make the website shopable

I have scraped 175k skus that i need the excel spreadsheets edited in order to bulk upload all skus into shopify and make sure that each sku will link up with the appropriate button to shop.
I need someone that has done this and is good with detail and thinks outside the box. Hopefully this isnt a hard task and doesn't take long. The website is comparable to https://lightingdesign.com/
