Import Shopify products from XLS

We have an XLS format of our product database for a new shopify site selling flowers.

The estimated final products will be around 150 or so - but this may vary.

We need the XLS imported and the additional fields to create the relevant fields in Shopify.
These are described in the spreadsheet, but are also as follows:

What we need:
- review of our data in XLS and feedback with questions and comments
- once finalised, import of draft data and working with us to ensure its logical
- a final import of finished data (data entry is still in progress)
