Import Data from Excel/CSV to SQL Database Table -- 2

I am looking for someone to help me import data from an Excel (.xls or .xlsx) format into a SQL database table. I will provide the Excel files with the relevant data and will not require help creating tables. Furthermore, I need the imported data to be automatically updated when built. Experience with scripting languages is essential. Flexibility and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently are highly valued.
