Implementation plan
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need to build out an itemised implementation plan so every single task is planned for.
Task, time taken per task, allocating task to a person, then having vlookup capability so results can be filtered by person and skills
Are you able to;
- Add aspects so that we can identify big skill gaps (filtering data);
- Also tasks exceeding timelines (regularly)
- Dashboard reporting for users
- Also create things so that the implementation plans cannot be copied (only want one origional)
- Want to be able to share the spreadsheet so people can view (maybe add comments) but want it locked so it cannot be copied / replicated
