Image RGB Project
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I want to be able to extract the RGB data from an image into excel, one cell per pixel, then format each cell with the nearest matching color from a pre-selected list of colours.
This should provide me with a reimagined version of my image (in new color scheme) in excel (once the cells are formatted and I have zoomed out sufficiently.
Idea is for this to be an easily repeatable process.
