IFC Contact Manager

IFC is a social club in Washington DC, a private organization that uses member dues to support activities. We need a Contact Manager who can build a database (maybe using Excel Contact Manager with Google sync?) that will capture many fields of info per member (about 100 members). I need it to incorporate a data structure in the form of a database, so I can properly store contact information and other relevant data. We need to add and remove members easily and have a filter feature that allows different people on the board to pull out the specific data they need (depending on their role--eg. Treasurer, Programs, Membership, etc). Each board member needs to be able to update their filtered view and make changes that are saved in real time, so that everyone has access to the latest data. The database MUST be very straightforward, with no bells or whistles. Integration with other platforms is not needed. We are looking for an expert to build the database and upload existing data into the new location (currently spread out across a few loaded spreadsheets). We'd like the work to begin ASAP.
