What the day-to-day looks like
You will collect and verify KYC and income documents, calculate eligibility, prepare the complete file, submit it to our partner banks/NBFCs and track every stage until the funds hit the customer’s account. Regular status updates to me are essential, and any roadblocks must be escalated immediately. Familiarity with CIBIL checks, basic Excel tracking and lender portals will help you hit the ground running.
Deliverables
• Fully documented personal loan files ready for submission
• Timely status reports for each application (received, under-writing, approved, disbursed)
• Compliance confirmation for every case in line with RBI and partner-bank guidelines
