HubSpot CRM Data Cleansing & Categorisation
Budget: $3 – $10 SGD
I need a professional with experience in data cleansing and CRM management to help me with my HubSpot CRM. I have around 10,000 contacts and 7,000 companies that need to be cleaned and appropriately categorized.
Key Tasks:
1. Data Cleanup: Remove duplicate contacts or companies, outdated or incorrect information, and contacts with missing critical information.
2. Data Enrichment: Once cleaned, add missing categorization and data labels. This includes industry type, company size, and contact role.
Additional Details:
- For investors: sector, geography, stage, and cheque size.
- For companies: senior contacts' name, title, email address.
