Housing Affordability Data Analysis & Visualization

I'm looking for a data analyst to help me understand the current housing affordability situation in the US.

Tasks:
- Visit the US Census website to gather relevant data on housing affordability from 2021 to present
- Download an Excel sheet and format the data into a table
- Create a visualization of the data
- Write a brief summary explaining the content and significance of the data

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly

Experience:
- Prior experience with US Census data is a plus
- Previous work on housing affordability or economic data preferred
