Hospital Quality sample Power BI Dashboard
Budget: ₹600 – ₹3,000 INR
I’m pulling together a comprehensive quality-of-care dashboard in Power BI and need an expert who can turn our anonymised operational data into an interactive, insight-rich report.
Data connection
The model must plug straight into our KPI Trend Analysis 23-26 dataset—which is already housed in an on-prem SQL instance—and refresh automatically on a schedule we’ll agree together.
Visual story
Once connected, I want you to surface the following performance views:
• KPI cards that spotlight headline metrics at a glance
• Multi-period trend charts for deeper time-series exploration
• Department scorecards that roll up results in a way frontline managers can immediately act on
• A risk heat map highlighting emerging problem areas
• A predictive-alert section that warns us before thresholds are breached
Key metrics
The views need to focus on gap frequency analysis, department risk heat mapping, real-time predictive alerts, department scorecard performance, and bottleneck analysis. Design them so executives can drill from hospital-wide numbers down to single departments without performance lag.
Look & feel
Stick to our hospital’s colour palette (I’ll provide the hex codes) and ensure every visual meets accessibility contrasts. The report must read well on desktop, tablet, and the Power BI mobile app.
Deliverables
1. The finished .pbix file with clean, well-named tables, measures, and bookmarks
2. One-page documentation that explains data model assumptions, DAX logic, and refresh steps
3. A short hand-off call or recorded walkthrough so my team can extend the report confidently
Acceptance criteria
• All visuals respond within three seconds when filters are applied
• Predictive alerts trigger correctly based on sample test data I supply
• No personally identifiable information is present anywhere in the model
