HR Recruiter HR Interns or HR Freshers Needed for Hiring candidates for BPO company for (Amazon Process) Bangalore
Project Start Date: Immediately
We are hiring freelance HR recruiters to help us find candidates for a reputed BPO company (Amazon process).[would prefer who can speak english and hindi fluently], apply if you are serious about hiring in HR field
Freelancer Responsibilities:
Source minimum 5 quality candidates per week who are successfully selected and hired by the company
You can use your own sourcing method: job portals, social media, WhatsApp, email, references, or your personal network. company does not provide any sourcing portals.
You may use our consultancy name if required (permission granted)
Screen candidates as per company’s guidelines (we will provide rejection reasons and screening checklist)
Ensure no education/career gaps in resumes

Job Description for Candidates you will hire :
Role: Customer Support for Amazon Process (BPO)
Experience: Freshers or Experienced (Graduation mandatory)
Job Description and JD PDF will be provided
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Work Details for freelencer:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: Preferred 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible if your sourcing works)
Project Duration: Ongoing until hiring requirement is met
If you wish to discontinue after starting, please give a one-week notice
Payment Structure:
Payout is based on number of candidates successfully hired (no limit) no fixed amount
Each successful hire 500 rs . 5 successful candidates a week 2500rs
Payment released every 15 days after verification of hired candidates list
If you give 5 candidates a week and 20 candidates a month (5 x 4weeks=20) 20 selected candidates in one month, you will receive a ₹4000bonus
If your performance is exceptional for a full month, per-candidate payout will be increased from the next month.
We would love to review your performance for next 3 months and if it is exceptional ,job offer with remote working and flexible timing will be offered.
Value-Add Offering for Screened Candidates (Optional Course Promotion)
As part of our candidate support services, Next Talent Connect offers an optional Soft Skills Enhancement Program to improve employability and professionalism. This includes:
A short video-based Soft Skills Course (covers time management, communication, teamwork, adaptability, etc.)
A certificate of completion
A free ATS-friendly resume branded with our watermark (adds credibility for future job applications)
Important Note for Freelancer:
It is not mandatory for the freelancer to make this sale of course to the candidates
However, as a part of your recruiter role, you are expected to explain the benefits of this course to the candidates you screen does not take more than 30 sec to pitch this course .
If a candidate chooses to opt-in, we’ll handle all the delivery and support.
Course pricing: ₹200 to ₹300, depending on the version offered.
