I have a backlog of scanned documents that need to be transcribed into an Excel workbook. Each record contains a mix of numbers and text (invoice numbers, dates, names, amounts, notes), so keen attention to both formatting and spelling is essential. Because these files originate as scans, you will often be working from images that are not machine-readable; manual keying—supported by any OCR tool you prefer—is expected.

• Clean, fully populated Excel workbook(s) matching my template
• A brief log summarising any illegible fields or assumptions made so I can resolve them quickly
I will supply the scan batch, the column layout, and a small sample to calibrate formatting before we move to full production. Let me know your estimated throughput per day and any previous projects where you handled mixed data from scans—speed is helpful, but consistency matters most here.
