IT Helpdesk PowerBI Visualization

I'm currently seeking a skilled PowerBI professional to assist in designing a real-time, interactive dashboard focused on visualizing specific IT and Helpdesk metrics. The project involves meticulous gathering and organizing of different data points to generate a dashboard that is functionally on-point and visually appealing.
The dashboard should ideally help to showcase:
- The resolution time of helpdesk tickets
- The number of tickets currently open and pending resolution
- A breakdown of tickets per department
- FCR (First Contact Resolution) rates
- Telephony-related data
A strong understanding of PowerBI and prior experience with creating similar dashboards for IT Helpdesk KPIs is a must for this role. Applicants should be able to case-study past work that involved handling similar categories of data. Clear visual communication, analytical capabilities and attention to detail would be beneficial skills to handle the project's requirements.
