Help to pull information in Excel from data dump

I need to pull the beneficiary percentage for each individual listed and cross reference it in a separate spreadsheet to the employee with the perspective beneficiary. The problem is on the "beneficiary spreadsheet, the percentage, relation and beneficiary names are all listed in one field together. Only the percentage for each beneficiary needs to be filled in on the Dependent Beneficiary Benefit Election Template, so Column "P".
