Help with formulas

I need to subtract the difference in time for two different working times. Then the sum of all hours worked in the exact below format.

I am having difficulty with the sum of hours above 24 hours. It resets back to 0.

Eg.
22:30 - 04:30 = 6:00
21:00 - 05:05 = 8:05
12:00 - 23:05 = 11:05

6:00 + 8:05 + 11:05 = 25:10
