Help with auto hiding rows in Excel

I have an order form I use for material ordering. The form contains a list of items that I input a quantity for, and some items are left blank as I’m not ordering them at this time. I then right click and hide the rows where the material quantity is left blank, afterwards I convert to a pdf and send to my supplier.

I was curious if a rule or function could be created that auto hid the rows for me.
