Help me with my VBA code in Excel

I need help getting my VBA code to work in Excel.
I want to prevent users copy and pasting in my Excel file and have successfully written code that triggers an error message. However, it doesn't work when the sheet is protected. I need to protect the sheet so that users can't add/delete rows, columns etc. I want the protection to include a password.
I need a freelancer who can correct my code and explain why my attempt isn't working.
