Help with RFM Analysis visualization in Excel/Looker

I am wondering if anyone is available to help with advising me how to build a visualization of an RFM analysis (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) in either Excel or Looker. I have compiled the necessary data but would appreciate some advice on how to create a visualization similar to that found in the attached link https://guillaume-martin.github.io/rfm-segmentation-with-python.html and I am wondering if there are any tools available in Excel or Looker that could be used to create a visualized matrix of the different values.
