Help me fix an Excel budget workbook

I've created two budgets and spend tracker which revert to on two separate tabs in Excel and when I open the file it says there is a circular reference in an open work book. I've tried the error button.
No luck, please I need an expert to help fix my document and also check all of the equations.
When I go to send the file (via email) sometimes it reverts back to an older version. Please be at expert level to apply.
