Help clean up a forumla intense Excel file to an easier fix

One of our old employees created an excel file with 47 tabs, all linking back to a sales report. All we really need is to input the daily sales, and daily pending values, and have the report show the Sales and Pending for the day, as well as the sales and pending on the same day (6th of december for instance for previous 5 years). Every time we change the month or the year we have to spend hours recalculating the formulas.

I need someone who can take this report and find an easier way to do it so the report autopopulates and also forwards to a new year.

Will take an Excel / Database export to do. And probably some time, can pay hourly or bid on project.
