Hello I would like a excel spreadsheet turned into a programme that can be shared

I'm looking for an experienced programmer who can help me turn an Excel spreadsheet into a program that is both web and desktop-based. This program will be used by multiple people to easily input and calculate text-based data. It should also be able to handle advanced tasks such as data analysis and data visualization in order to help us gain insight into the information we are collecting.
