Helicopter maintenance schedule sheet

I am head pilot at a tourism helicopter company. We need to find a way to calculate how often the helicopter itself needs to go in for maintenance depending on the time it spent in the air while not disrupting the booked tours we have.

I would need a spreadsheet with the proper formulas in place so that every time I input my flights it would calculate when my next 50, 100, 300 hours maintenance will be.
Does anyone have an idea how this can be done ?
