Heatmap Analysis along River

I need someone who knows how to make a heatmap analysis along a river, whether using the latitude or longitude given, or based on the point(station) which had been put on the map.
There would be 3 file attached.
1 - Average Heavy Metal each Station.xlsx
- From this excel, there would be 9 column, where 1 column is Station, and other 8
column is heavy metal concentration.
2 - Merang River.png
The map of the river, including its station, where the heavy metal concentration was
sampled.
3 - Latitude Longitude.xlsx
The latitude and longitude of the each station along the river, however just focus on
the station with data in excel (only along the river, not including the station at costal
areas, refer to the map).
Basically, i want the map to show which station have the highest and lowest concentration. There should be 8 results of the map. Up to you how you want to do it, just make it clear and easy to understand. After finishing the heatmap, please analysis the data, and make a simple explanation, such as which station have the highest, lowest, or average heavy metal concentration.
Also, please share the coding or any steps on how to do it after finishing it.
