Health Insurance Claims TPA Coordinator

I need an experienced TPA coordinator who can take full ownership of our health-insurance claim flow from first notice of loss through final settlement. The work is entirely claims processing, so your day will revolve around validating incoming documentation, adjudicating each file against plan rules, communicating decisions to providers and members, and recording every step in the system.
You will plug into our proprietary claims platform the moment you start; ease with typical health-insurance software and solid Excel skills will help you move fast, but the key requirement is accuracy and consistency.
Deliverables
• All assigned claims fully processed and documented each day
• Zero outstanding queries older than 24 hours
• A concise weekly status report showing volumes, turnaround time, and any red-flag issues
Timeliness, policy compliance, and meticulous record-keeping will be the acceptance benchmarks for each milestone.
