Have Excel VBA macros use Windows Media Play to play audio files and have the Media Player scroll / move

Provide me a estimate of your services for this project. See attached file which contains working Macros to play audio files from Dropbox when the area at the end of column B is clicked, not on the hyperlink, but inside the cell. The Microsoft Media Player is inserted as an Activex control. I need the Media Player to scroll down when I page down when I want to select another file to be played. This file as no passwords on the excel file nor on any Macro's. I would need the final version to be contain all source and no passwords on the excel file nor on any Macros.
