Harvest Timesheets

I require somebody to write reports over the Harvest Timesheet data that has been exported via Tugger. I would want the report to drill down from a main report to a further 5 or so reports. As an example the first reports would be all clients and a number of data fields. Some of which will be based on a value calcultion. From that point clicking on a customer will show customer projects, clicking on projects will show tasks and so on.
The reports will need to be a PDF format and CSV export. Whilst having graphics is of value it will need to show dataset (rows).
