Harness design spreadsheets

I am looking to build a spreadsheet system to help with the design of a complex harness assembly. The spreadsheet should be able to assist in organizing wire connections, while taking into account the existing template and format that I have provided. This spreadsheet will need to be compatible with Microsoft Excel. It needs to generate new tables as data is input into the sheet and needs to validate and/or provide options via drop down box for data input.
