Greystar Address Collection

I need the addresses of every property managed by Greystar Property Management in Southern California, specifically from the Inland Empire south, excluding L.A.

Requirements:
- Provide addresses in Avery 8160 format
- Include phone numbers
- Use Excel for import or create an Avery file for envelope printing
no repeats and only current addresses
