Graphs in Excel
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for someone who is very good at creating graphs in Microsoft Excel. The ideal person will have knowledge of the concept of wave interference from physics.
I have a simple spreadsheet in which data can be entered and I want to be able to show a graph that will be automatically created and displayed on the same page of the spreadsheet with the display of the resulting graph being a waveform. The data input page is attached.
In addition, I want to be able to show an additional graph on the same page of the spreadsheet that shows the mirror image of the initial waveform. And then a third graph of the result of adding these two waveforms together. The idea is to be able to show various examples of wave interference. I'd like one version of the spreadsheet that shows the result of destructive interference and another version that shows constructive interference. If they can both be shown on one spreadsheet - even better.
In addition, I had something like what I'm talking about created some years ago and I'm including a couple of versions of a file as it included the creation of smooth looking waves for the graphing. Part of the file may be able to be used for the graphing of smooth looking waveforms or that may have to be created from scratch. That call will be up to the person who is awarded this project.
The final version of the spreadsheet should who the waveform created from the original data input for each new file and also a separate graph of the original waveform combined with the inverted (mirror imaged) waveform and the resulting composite waveform which in the cases where the 2nd waveform is the mirror image of the initial waveform would be a flat line (zero amplitude). Please don't hesitate to ask questions if you need clarification.
A background including physics and mathematics would be a plus. Please indicate your experience with creating graphs with Excel with examples of your work when submitting your bid or questions.
I need this project done within 3 days and ideally for under $50 (this is just a place holder) For someone with extensive use of Excel for creating graphs this should not be a problem.
