Graphic Artist Needed to Organize data

I have a clean excel sheet with all the data , but I need to design it properly that it’s organized and understandable by people especially stakeholders. I really need someone that will do a professional job. All the data will provided and hope to find a great graphic artist. I also need it set up in a way where I can delete a number and plug a new one in. Please do not use excel graphs
