Graph Creation for Daily Sneeze Totals

I need a freelancer to create a variety of graphs based on data I will provide of the number of sneezes in a year! The graphs will be used for personal fun purposes.

I'm looking for:
- As many graphs as possible (line graphs, bar charts, pie charts, scatter graphs, etc.)
- Any additional graph types or recommendations you have

Requirements:
- Deliverables in any tool or software that can be easily viewed on a smartphone
- Ability to work with daily totals data
