Google sheets - orders on hold tracker
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
1)I want you to create an orders on hold tracker spreadsheet.
The first tab will track orders on hold.
The second tab will list the orders to be invoiced for the week.
The third tab will list the completed and fully invoiced orders.
The spreadsheet will track the amount of time orders have been put on hold and how much it costs to have the orders on hold.
Each week an exportable CSV report will be generated that lists all the orders that have been on hold for the previous week and the costs they have generated.
All orders cost £1 a day to be on hold.
There will be a £1 charge even if the order was put on hold and taken off hold on the same day.
The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
The costs are not calculated for the whole duration the order is only for the previous week.
The weekly report CSV must have the following column format: Client, InvoiceItemType, Warehouse, Cost, Quantity, InvoiceDate, Comments and HoldDays.
The Client column will be the name of the client the order is on hold for.
The InvoiceItemType column will always be the text, “Hold Storage”.
The Warehouse column will always be the text, “All”.
The Cost column will be the total cost of storage for that order for that week.
The Quantity column will always have the value of 1.
The InvoiceDate column will be the date that the report is generated and in the format of, dd/mm/yyyy.
The Comments column will be any comments imputed into the cell from the spreadsheet.
The HoldDays column will have the total amount of days the order has been on hold for the previous week (Monday to Friday).

I need a way to press an invoice button and all the orders still on hold or still need to be billed for the previous week can appear on the ,”Invoice CSV” tab. The only information that needs to copy across is, The Client, Cost for last week and the Comments. All other fields can be pre populated.
3)
I need a way to automate moving unwanted rows to the completed orders tab.
