Google sheets expert for rental inventory management workflow

I am in need of help with a brand new Google Sheets workflow for rental inventory management. I am looking for an experienced Google Sheets expert to help me center my workflow around the medium scale of my inventory, which is between 100 and 200 items. This will include tasks such as data entry and organization, formulas and calculations as well as data analysis and reporting within the new sheet.
