Google sheets to charting

I need users to be able to upload details about a recent sale, then have the data posted to a chart. Example would be: User uploads all details of a recent sale of a product. Those details are then able to be charted for others to see. Much like stockX for sneakers, but this would be for golf clubs. Essentially a price tracking system for collectable golf clubs and items?
