Google sheets or Excel macro coder

I need to take a list of car vehicles that I have in an excel with each row representing 1 vehicle, and each car has 1 column for multiple images that are comma-separated. The problem is in Shopify, I can't upload images that way. So I need to insert additional rows after each product for Each image. I have the image list in the same order as the products are uploaded in Shopify, and I've already extracted the URLs into multiple columns, so now the magic is running some script that can then copy these image URLs in order for each of the cars in the shopify product csv export.

So if before we had 1 row for 1 product, with 10 images all in 1 cell comma-separated, then in the new output result, I need 10 rows, the main row with the main product data, and the following rows inserted with 1 image URL per row.

I will provide product csv export to individual we pick to move forward.
