Google sheet for team lead tracking

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop a Google Sheet to help me track performance metrics for my team leads. The most important information I need to track is contact information, project status, and performance metrics. However, I am unsure if I require the Google Sheet to be linked to other systems or tools. Additionally, I need to be able to give multiple users access and editing privileges to this online sheet - it should be able to show and record changes made by all users.
