Google sheet for Tracking projects running with other individual sheets

I am looking for a freelancer to create a Google sheet for tracking projects. The specific information that I want to track in the sheet is project progress. I already have a template in mind for the Google sheet. I also require real-time updates and notifications from the sheet. I would like to have one MASTER sheet and when a new project is entered it needs to create a new sheet for that project that can be shared to the team in the field and what ever they update on that sheet needs to be updated back to the master.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with project tracking
- Ability to create and customize templates in Google Sheets
- Knowledge of automation and real-time updates in Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively in the sheet
