Google sheet Pivot Table

I need someone to prepare a GoogleSheet Pivot table. Data will input (by XML, already done/available) in one format and shall be commute into another format; the table is dynamic. Final dummy (but as it should be) Pivot table is attached. The user should be able to press a Button on the table to extract a CSV file of the table.
