Google Sheets formula/table help

On the right side columns, I need it to count how many times a name repeats in column F (which will show me how many times someone referred a person), I need that information to show up in column J. Column I will just list the names from column F without repeating them. Column K, I want it to add/sum the total from the respective row in column C. So if Billy Bob was listed 5 times on column F, and Column C had $20 for each one, it would say Billy Bob in Column I, 5 in column J, and $100 in column K

I believe it should be a straightforward formula for Columns I-K, i just havent used them in a long time
