Google Sheets for Construction Costing

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me streamline a program for Construction Job costing and Estimating using Google Sheets.
Key Features:
- Cost Tracking: The program should have the capability to track all costs related to the construction project. This includes both material and labor costs.
- Material Estimation: The program should provide the ability to estimate the materials required for the project, based on the inputs.
- Labor Estimation: Similarly, the program should be able to estimate the labor costs and requirements for the project.
- CRM / Data Tracking: The program should also include a basic CRM system to enable tracking of customer data, project status, etc.
User Interface:
The user interface should be:
- Simple and Intuitive: As I'll be using this program daily, it needs to be easy to navigate and understand.
Data Input:
- Manual Entry: Users will manually input some data into the program.
- Import from existing spreadsheets: The program should have the capability to import data from existing Google Sheets documents that I already have.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets: Expertise in Google Sheets and its advanced functions is a must.
- Experience in Construction Industry: Understanding of the construction industry and its requirements for costing and estimating.
- UI/UX Design: Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
- CRM Development: Experience in developing basic CRM systems would be an advantage.
