Google Sheets Pivot Chart Setup

I'm looking for someone who can help me set up a Google Sheets spreadsheet that tracks shirt, hoodie, pants, shoe sizes, date of birth, and gender.
Requirements:
- The spreadsheet needs to be able to auto-calculate an overview based on size inputs (e.g., 1 for Medium shirt, 6 for Large hoodie).
- The visualizations in the pivot charts should be of the pivot style.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience with Google Sheets
- Proficiency in creating and customizing pivot charts
